Join us on Wednesday, April 9 and Thursday, April 10, for our next teacher’s symposium: Broadening Our Understanding of the Microenvironment.
Southern California teachers and educators are invited to hear from Salk faculty and researchers in a seminar environment, then collaborate with colleagues to apply what they have learned to create Next Generation Science Standards aligned lesson plans applicable to their classrooms.
High School Science Day
High School Science Day at the Salk Institute is a half-day community outreach event designed to inspire high school students to pursue an exciting career in science and research. Students and teachers will meet active researchers, hear about current research, and learn the fundamental skills necessary for laboratory research.
